I had a favorite restaurant in Krabi where you can see the chef cook your stir fry in a huge wok that would briefly catch fire, giving your dish a smoky taste. The mushroom and tofu dish I ordered from Thai Garden tasted exactly like that. I’m not even exaggerating. The tofu curry also tasted very authentic. The most authentic-tasting Thai restaurant I’ve been in Europe.
